A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens adapted and directed by Nick Hennegan and performed by acclaimed professional actor, Guy Masterson-Mastroianni was seen, for the first time, in Milan, at Teatro Litta in December, 2018 produced for a Milan audience by the English Theatre Milan Association with surtitles in Italian by experienced co-translators, Maggie Rose and Salvatore Cabras.

Guy Masterson, a towering storyteller with an international reputation, brings this classic Dickens’ tale to life with his particular physical storytelling style – playing all the characters himself.

Written by Dickens around 1840, Christmas Carol, with its colourful and rich language, is as relevant, in today’s difficult times, as when it was written.

English Theatre Milan plans to bring Guy Masterson-Mastroianni’s  one man show back to one of Milan’s centrally located theatres either in December 2020 or 2021.
